Medical Aid This practice is contracted to most medical aids and claims may be submitted by our accounts personnel at standard medical aid rates. Medical aid coverage of therapy sessions is dependent on availability of funding for psychotherapy. Each patient needs to verify this beforehand if they would like their claims to be submitted directly by the practice. Alternatively, patients may discuss any billing queries or fund availability with Audrey Matthysen.

Session Rates R1240 per session (51-60 min). This fee may be paid directly to the practice via EFT and claimed back by your medical aid.
NO CREDIT CARD FACILITIES AVAILABLE
Regardless of which payment method is chosen, a statement/proof of payment will be provided containing ICD10 coding where applicable. This may be used to claim any paid moneys back from medical aid if the claim is not submitted by the practice. Specific payment arrangements can be made should it be necessary.
